Research Integrity Training

The NUI Galway Research Integrity training programme aims to ensure researchers understand their professional responsibilities and how to deal with complex issues that may arise while planning, conducting and reporting research. This Research Integrity course is available for post-graduate students, post-doctoral researchers and research staff at NUI Galway. This blended training course comprises an interactive workshop followed by an online course provided by Epigeum (Oxford University Press).

The introductory workshop provides an overview of research integrity, with an emphasis on NUI Galway policies and procedures, and includes group work and case study discussion. The online training course is available in 5 different versions to suit all backgrounds: Arts & Humanities, Social & Behavioural Science, Engineering & Technology, Biomedical Science and Natural & Physical Sciences.
